Operating since 1995 on an international scale, the company offers its clients the possibility of creating their own "made-to-measure" holiday.
All of our villas are carefully chosen and offer every kind of comfort: swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis, air conditioning and satellite tv.
Most of our villas include domestic staff (maid, gardener), and upon request it is possible to have other services such as car and boat rental, additional staff and all that is necessary to make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as possible.

Castello di Magona is a splendid historical home, just opposite the Island of Elba, which looks out onto an olive grove and is within easy reach of many artistically and historically interesting Tuscan towns and cities. Its gardens guarantee complete privacy. Its architecture, furnishings and décor are of late 16th century noble Tuscan style.
Castello di Magona is designed on two floors.
On the ground floor, we find a very important entrance hall enriched with oil paintings and furnished with an important 18th century wooden table. On entering, to the left of the entrance hall is a small sitting room, containing an antique wooden desk (RECEPTION), a bookcase, lounges. At the end of the entrance hall, and to the left we reach another sitting room with a fireplace and a bar in the corner, and we can also access the small and intimate living room richly furnished with an antique chest, two very comfortable lounges covered in a rich damask fabric, television, VCR/CD/DVD player.
On the right hand side of the entrance hall, there is a ceramic tiled and well lit dining room, where guests will enjoy their buffet breakfast, along with lunch and dinner should they so choose.
The first floor can be reached via two staircases; one to the left and one to the right of the entrance hall. At the end of the first staircase, we come across a lovely suite with a large terrace (Suite 7) . Its décor is in the scale of green. Beside this suite, we find two double bedrooms (Rooms 5 & 6) and another suite (Suite 4).
Descending this staircase, to the right before reaching the mezzanine level, there is a small lounge room, equipped with TV and internet point. There is also WI-FI access on most of the ground floor in the common areas, including the garden area, and in the majority of the bedrooms. At mezzanine level, where we find another double bedroom (Room 9), a junior suite (Room 8) and the staircase which leads to an attic, it too with a junior suite (Suite 10). This room features exposed wood beams and a commanding view of the landscape.
The second staircase, to the right of the entrance hall is a grand structure furnished with two antique suits of armour. It leads to the imposing Grand Duke’s bedroom (Suite 3). This suite looks out onto both the front and rear gardens, and is painted cardinal red. It also contains antique furnishings, including a 17th century bed head, bookcases and grand piano. This second staircase also leads to another two suites (Suites 1 & 2), one which overlooks the southern garden and the other which looks out onto the northern garden.
Going back to the lounge area with the internet point, you will find another three bedrooms (Rooms 12 & 13), which share a bathroom with shower and (Room 14), with its own bathroom. If you continue up the staircase that leads to the tower, you will find the Tower bedroom (Room 11), which also has its own bathroom with shower. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.
On entering the rear garden of the Castello, via the double glass doors at the end of the entrance hall, there is a well kept rose bed and lawn area with comfortable outdoor lounges; ideal place to have pre dinner drinks or something cool to drink during the hot summer evenings. To the right a patio with chairs, tables and canvas umbrellas where one could easily have breakfast or dine during the summer months, or perhaps even have lunch during the first warm spring days.
At the end of the garden we find the swimming pool, cordoned off by a gate, which is able to be used from mid-May to the end of September. The swimming pool overlooks a split level olive grove and,
during the hot summer hours is shaded by historical pine trees. There is also a “Jacuzzi” pool and fitness corner with various gym equipment. This zone also has changing room, and a bathroom.
All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, private safe, TV, telephone with independent external line, radio and personal alarm clock. The bathrooms are all hand painted with travertine marble and equipped with hairdryers, full set of bath towels.

N.B. The castle can also be rented for groups composed by up to 20 people (with 10 rooms and 10 bathrooms). Prices starting at € 20.000/ week

- Maid service: 4 staff menbers (cleaning of the rooms, common areas, pool and garden maintenance) total 20 hours daily, 6 days per week. (*14 bedroom rental: 25 hours daily, 6 days per week)
- Fresh bed linens and bath/ pool towels twice a week (Saturday, Wednesday)
- Concierge 4 hours daily (09.00-13.00) 6 days per week.

- Laundry service.

- Extra linen/ towes changes required.
- Heating at consumption.
- 4 Staff people for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service. The meals have an addittion cost that is to be defined according to the Guests requirements: Prices per person, drinks not included Breakfast €10 /€15, lunch €20-€40, dinner €40-€65.
- Staff day off to be agreed with the Guests.
- Extra maid service €15.00/ per hour per person.
